2025 Master Farmers selected

Prairie Farmer has selected four Illinois farmers as 2025 Master Farmers.

Dirk Rice of Philo, Steve Pitstick of Maple Park, Amy Hildebrandt of South Beloit and Chet Esther of Frederick will be honored during the Prairie Farmer Master Farmer event March 25 in Bloomington.

Illinois Corn Executive Director Rodney Weinzierl was chosen as an Honorary Master Farmer. He has served in the role for more than 30 years with ICGA.
