Annual conservation honors presented
The following awards were presented last week during the 80th annual meeting of the Livingston County Soil and Water Conservation District in Pontiac.
Partners in Conservation awards were presented to:
Denise Plenert, St. Mary’s School teacher
Matt Boucher of Boucher Farms and Potential Ag in Dwight
Jill Kostel and Jean McGuire, The Wetland Initiative
Adam Wyant – NRCS RCPP Coordinator
Conservation Farm Family award went to the John Dassow family.
Distinguished Service award went to retired State Senator Tom Bennett.
