New format for Soy Summit

The upcoming 2025 Soybean Summit will have a new format with two days of learning.

CEU's will be available for the event which takes place Monday, Feb. 10 and Tuesday, Feb. 11 at the I-Hotel in Champaign, 1900 South 1st Street. Monday presentations include John Jones, Jr., professor of agronomy and soil fertility at the University of Illinois, Machinery Pete - Greg Peterson and Ben Brown, ag markets and policy at University of Missouri.

Tuesday highlights include Aaron Hager, professor of weed science at University of Illinois and Jonathan Coppess, ag policy lab professor at University of Illinois.

The Illinois Soybean Growers annual meeting and dinner takes place Monday, Feb. 10 along with a raffle and silent auction. This is free to all ISG members. Guest host is Rob Sharkey, The Shark Farmer with keynote speaker Mary Kay Thatcher, senior director of government affairs with Syngenta.
