Thanksgiving meal cost down

The American Farm Bureau Federation reports a Thanksgiving meal for 10 is expected to cost $58.08 which is down five percent from 2023.

Turkey is among the food items which will be cheaper this year and a new report showed prices for several items like sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie mix have dropped since 2023. While turkey prices have actually decreased by around six percent, items like cranberries, dinner roll and stuffing will cost more this year.
